Was God satisfied with his works as mentioned in Genesis 1:31 or dissatisfied with his works according to Genesis 6:6?

What needs to be understood here is that these are two different accounts written at two different times and under two different conditions. The first deals with his creation in its original state. The second refers to his creation after man’s fall. God is pleased with what he had created but not pleased with what sin has done to his perfect creation.
